I help organisations deliver AI that works in the real world — not just in the boardroom presentation.
I’m an enterprise and solution architect with years of experience delivering complex technology programmes across finance, healthcare, and telecom. NSolutions was built on a simple observation: organisations consistently struggle not because they lack ambition for AI, but because they lack the architectural thinking and delivery discipline to realise it.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. I engage at the point where a leadership team has a genuine business problem and needs someone who can translate it into a technology direction — and then stay involved long enough to make sure that direction actually delivers.
That means AI strategy and roadmapping, architecture oversight on AI initiatives, process automation design, and the honest conversations that most vendors skip: about data readiness, governance gaps, organisational capability, and the realistic timeline to value.
What I bring to an engagement
Systems perspective. I connect AI initiatives to data strategy, integration landscape, and long-term technology direction — not just the immediate use case.
Finance, healthcare, and telecom each have distinct regulatory, data, and operational constraints. I work within them, not around them.
Strategy without delivery is a slide deck. I stay involved through implementation to ensure architectural decisions hold up under real conditions.
I don’t sell technology. My recommendations are based on what your problem actually needs — including when the right answer is to buy rather than build.

My typical engagement is with a CTO, CDO, or COO at a company between 100 and 1,000 people — either navigating their first serious AI investment, or trying to rescue an initiative that has lost momentum. I also work with startups scaling their technology infrastructure who need enterprise-grade architecture thinking without the enterprise price tag.
Geographically, I work with clients across Poland, the EU, and globally in English.
