For organisations that know AI matters to their future but haven't yet turned that into a concrete investment plan with sequenced priorities, clear business cases, and realistic timelines.

Typical engagement 4 to 8 weeks. A structured workshop series plus documentation.

What this includes

  • AI maturity assessment across strategy, data, technology, and organisation
  • Use case identification and prioritisation workshop (value vs. feasibility matrix)
  • Build vs. buy vs. partner framework for each priority use case
  • 18-month AI investment roadmap with phased delivery approach
  • Board-ready business case documentation

AI Implementation & Delivery

For organisations with a defined AI initiative that need architecture leadership, vendor governance, and delivery oversight to keep it on track, from design through to production deployment.

Typical engagement 3 to 12 months, depending on scope. Retained advisory or embedded delivery lead.

What this includes

  • Solution architecture design and review for AI systems
  • Data architecture assessment and pipeline design
  • Vendor and platform selection support (RFP, evaluation, negotiation)
  • MLOps architecture: model training, deployment, monitoring, retraining
  • Integration architecture: connecting AI systems to existing enterprise platforms
  • Delivery governance: milestone review, risk tracking, escalation management
  • Production readiness assessment before go-live

Process Automation & AI Integration

For organisations that want AI and automation to drive operational efficiency: less manual work, faster decisions, and processes that improve over time.

Typical engagement 6 to 16 weeks for discovery and design. Implementation oversight is ongoing.

Every engagement begins with a free 30-minute discovery call. I ask about your situation, where you're trying to get to, and what's getting in the way. If there's a good fit, I propose a structured scope.

Where

Remote first, on site when needed

I work with clients across Poland, the EU, and globally. Engagements combine remote workshops, regular advisory calls, and document review, with on-site work where needed.

I'm an enterprise and solution architect with years of experience delivering complex technology programmes across finance, healthcare, and telecom. NSolutions was built on a simple observation: organisations struggle with AI not because they lack ambition, but because they lack the architectural thinking and delivery discipline to realise it.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. I engage when a leadership team has a genuine business problem and needs someone who can translate it into a technology direction, then stay involved long enough to make sure that direction delivers.

That means AI strategy and roadmapping, architecture oversight on AI initiatives, process automation design, and the honest conversations most vendors skip: data readiness, governance gaps, organisational capability, and the realistic timeline to value.
