AI Strategy & Roadmapping
For organisations that know AI matters to their future but haven’t yet translated that into a concrete investment plan with sequenced priorities, clear business cases, and realistic timelines.
What this includes:
- AI maturity assessment across strategy, data, technology, and organisation
- Use case identification and prioritisation workshop (value vs. feasibility matrix)
- Build vs. buy vs. partner framework for each priority use case
- 18-month AI investment roadmap with phased delivery approach
- Board-ready business case documentation
- Risk and governance framework aligned to EU AI Act where applicable
Typical engagement: 4–8 weeks. Delivered as a structured workshop series plus documentation.
AI Implementation & Delivery
For organisations that have a defined AI initiative and need architecture leadership, vendor governance, and delivery oversight to keep it on track — from design through to production deployment.
What this includes:
- Solution architecture design and review for AI systems
- Data architecture assessment and pipeline design
- Vendor and platform selection support (RFP, evaluation, negotiation)
- MLOps architecture: model training, deployment, monitoring, retraining
- Integration architecture: connecting AI systems to existing enterprise platforms
- Delivery governance: milestone review, risk tracking, escalation management
- Production readiness assessment before go-live
Typical engagement: 3–12 months depending on scope. Structured as retained advisory or embedded delivery lead.
Process Automation & AI Integration
For organisations that want to use AI and automation to drive operational efficiency — reducing manual work, accelerating decisions, and building processes that improve over time.
What this includes:
- Process analysis and automation opportunity mapping
- AI-augmented workflow design (human-in-the-loop where it matters)
- Document processing, classification, and extraction architectures
- Conversational AI and internal knowledge systems design
- Sector-specific automation patterns: finance, healthcare, telecom
- Change management support for teams affected by automation
Typical engagement: 6–16 weeks for discovery and design phase. Implementation oversight ongoing.
How engagements work
Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. I’ll ask about your situation, where you’re trying to get to, and what’s getting in the way. If there’s a good fit, I’ll propose a structured scope.
I work with clients across Poland, the EU, and globally. Engagements are typically a combination of remote workshops, regular advisory calls, and document review — with on-site work where needed.
I take a limited number of active engagements at any time to maintain quality. If you have a time-sensitive need, mention it in your first message.
